About our Chef
Personal Touch Catering was started over 28 years ago by Chef/Owner Lou Bauman, who has extensive national and international experience with all types of cuisine and service styles. Lou is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of American and has over 48 years of experience in the food service industry.
Having worked in many different states and countries, he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and styles into creating the perfect menu for your event. Lou has catered intimate events for 2 people to receptions for 20,000 guests.
Personal Touch is not only our name, but according to our clients, it is “what we deliver”.
