All Buffet Menus Include
- Buffet setup and décor using a variety of linens, laces and silks (as appropriate).
- High-grade plastic plates, utensils and beverage cups.
- High quality cocktail and dinner napkins.
- All wait staff, as appropriate.
- All foods are served in beautiful pewter, silver or glassware, as appropriate.
- Hot entrees are served in stainless steel chafers.
- Upscale buffets and receptions also include candles, votives, fresh flowers on the buffet and high-polish finish chafers.
Available as Extras:
- Centerpieces with mirror squares, vase of fresh flowers and votives.
- Linen napkins and tablecloths.
- China service-includes dinner plate, dessert plate, cup and saucer, water glass, and silverware. We can also provide bar glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, and many other items to customize your event.
Wedding Receptions:
- Linen tablecloths are provided for the buffet, head table, cake table and gift tables. If you have over 150 guests, linen tablecloths are also provided for your guests tables, at no additional cost.
- The buffet décor using linens, laces and silks, is coordinated with your wedding colors.
